I have had nothing but pleasant experiences at this location. The jewelers are also so kind and helpful. I went in today to get my 6 month cleaning on my wedding ring & Christianna (so sorry if i spelled that wrong) was taking care of me. She engaged with me & talked with me on a personal level. My husband also told me when he was shopping around for rings he had the best experience with customer service at Jared’s. Highly recommend.

Just went in to have my wife's ring cleaned, however, upon further review there were a couple of diamonds that were loose (thanks Dave). Our original salesman from a couple of years ago, Ian, came over to continue our service and continues to amaze us everytime we stop by. He has always been very personable and we feel like we're old friends every time we come in!!

I tried three other local Jewelers before I came to Jared to get a custom platinum four ring wedding stack. I was actually a bit frustrated by the time I walked in, and was about ready to give up. I started work with another jeweler and it wasn't done on time for my wedding, or 6 months after I was married, I was still wearing an old sterling silver band. The group at Jared beat out the competition in numerous ways. Joe and the other staff were extremely professional, polite, cheerful, and most of all, knowledgeable. They know the products, how to modify items that don't work together, and the capabilities of their jeweler. Also, they completed the work quickly as promised. I worked in jewelery repair for a short time, so I scrutinized every piece with a 20 magnification loupe, and can tell you the work was well done. Also, you have two options for custom work there. You can go to one their manufacturers website's and choose from a huge selection of customizable items, or you can have Joe design you whatever your heart desires. He has a great talent for CAD design. I also needed appraisals for my items, and not only do they offer that service, but they have an independent GIA certified person do the service, instead of using their own employee. Compared to the other local stores, this location had more stock in general, and if you are shopping for wedding rings, this would be the best place to go. I LOVE my rings, and I highly recommend this particular Jared location.

I’m writing to share my ongoing, outstanding experience with one of your employees, Ian Cole, at your Dayton, OH location (2760 Miamisburg Centerville Rd). Over the course of several visits, Ian has helped both me and my family with our watch purchases—and I can say with complete sincerity that I would never consider buying a watch from anywhere else, or from anyone else. As someone who works in the service industry myself, I understand just how rare it is to find someone who genuinely sets a gold standard for customer experience. Ian knows my family and me by name, calls proactively when items I've ordered arrive, and always goes out of his way to make the entire process enjoyable, smooth, and pressure-free. His professionalism, knowledge, and personal touch are truly unmatched. In fact, I recently visited a competing retailer—Watches of Switzerland—and the difference in service was night and day. The contrast only further reinforced how much I value Ian’s attention to detail, warmth, and genuine care for his clients. I’ve now purchased multiple watches from Ian, and I’ll continue to do so exclusively because of the trust and rapport he’s built with me over time. Ian isn’t just a great employee—he is the standard that all Jared team members should strive to meet. If your company has a recognition program, I strongly urge you to acknowledge him through it. If you’re considering promotions, mentorships, or leadership opportunities, Ian should be at the top of the list. Honestly, if I didn’t enjoy shopping with him so much, I’d be tempted to recruit him for my own team—that’s how strongly I feel about the quality and consistency of service he provides.

We have been shopping at this Jared for over 15 years. They have always been very friendly, helpful, and patient. Anthony and Joslyn helped me recently with a repair/replacement and were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make this a seamless process. We will always be loyal customers.

David Kennedy helped me with getting my girlfriend’s engagement ring. I told him my budget and he showed me a couple different options. Didn’t try to give me the run around or anything. Was in and out in less than an hour. The team had it ready that next day. Took it in to get it resized and was done within 24 hrs. Cant recommend them enough. Make sure to get the service/protection plan for the extra $200 it is well worth it

This is an excellent jewelry store. My engagement ring was purchased here and I always have a pleasant experience going in for cleanings and maintenance. I have had the ring sized twice with no issues. The warranty is great. I have been helped by both Steve and Ian. Both are very polite, professional, kind, and knowledgeable.
